Wahoo's Computer & Internet Tips Newsletter - September 2007In The News This Month... This month I have included just 1 article for you as I'm sure everyone is getting back into a routine so I don't want to take up your time. The article is called Word Tip - Add an Organizational Chart to a Word Document. Hope you enjoy it! That's that! Thanks for reading! Did You Know...?In Switzerland, clothes may not be hung to dry on Sunday. You may not wash your car on a Sunday. It is considered an offense to mow your lawn on a Sunday, because it causes too much noise. Word Tip - Add an Organizational Chart to a Word DocumentWhen it comes to putting together a document that is attention grabbing and eye catching, it is entirely up to you. Although Word gives you the tools you need to put together a creative presentation, it won't automatically inject the creativity for you. One of the ways in which you can spice up a document is to use organizational charts where appropriate. Instead of just listing your data, why not make it more exciting by using a chart. Word makes it easy for you to add an organizational chart to your document. Here's how: 1. Open your Word document. An organizational chart will automatically be inserted into your document. You can easily drag the chart to any location. You can also add additional boxes. Right click an existing box and select one of the following options: Subordinate, Coworker, or Assistant, depending on where you want the new box placed.
